Abstract

|
Intracranial lipoma is a rare lesion that has been well described in both the neuroradiologic and neurosurgical literature for many years. This lesion is usually only an incidental finding, but it may be symptomatic. The authors experienced a case of symptomatic intracranial lipoma of the corpus callosum with dysgenesis of the whole of the corpus callosum so we report radiologic investigation and clinical findings of lipoma of corpus callosum.
